Bill Harriman

Bill Harriman is an internationally recognised authority on firearms and the law relating to them, he is also a firearms forensic examiner who regularly gives expert evidence in the courts. He is also known to millions of TV viewers as an arms and militaria expert on the BBC programme, Antiques Roadshow.

Before joining BASC in 1991, he worked for 10 years for a firm of auctioneers specialising in arms, armour and militaria.
